Documented Export
Funding a shipment with a named buyer, a route and documents behind it. Terms are set before committing and the payout order is fixed in advance.

Illustrative Interface
Three ReasonsThat Makes Difference
The buyer knows what they’re buying, who they’re buying it from, and at what price – before they commit.
New Access
This asset class is normally arranged directly between a bank and a borrower. Here each deal is listed, and the unit is a position in a single deal.
Full Visibility
The buyer, the corridor, the tenor, and all supporting documents are on record and disclosed before you make any commitment.
Price is Competed
Terms come from the market. Every line of a deal is quoted by the party that carries it. So the price is not set by a single desk.
Individualor Institutional
Levels of verification, each with its own ceiling per deal. Which level applies is decided by the documents on file.
Individual
A person, identity verified.

Fundable Deal Types
Every deal has an order of payment fixed before capital moves, and cover where a policy attaches.
Receivable
The goods have shipped and the buyer owes; funding covers the wait until the buyer pays.
Pre-Export
Offtake signed, goods not yet made. Funding covers production, repaid from shipment.
Supply Chain
A large buyer approves its suppliers’ invoices; they are paid early on that buyer’s standing.
Letters of Credit
Escrow – The funds are transferred through an escrow agent pursuant to the terms of the agreement.

Capital moves into custody
Capital is licensed custodian-held and released only against the deal it funds.

Each draw waits on a milestone, attested by the party responsible for it.

The buyer pays at maturity
Repayment priority is fixed pre-commitment and based on deal proceeds.

What Is Behind Each Case
All investment activity carries inherent uncertainty, which is why each transaction is structured with a protective buffer designed to absorb adverse outcomes before they impact core positions.
If a Buyer Pays Late or Defaults
Where a credit policy attaches, the claim goes first. Recovery and collection follow, and what comes in is paid out in the order agreed on the deal, senior before junior.
If a Deal Falls Short
The investor position is the junior tranche. Senior is funded by lenders and is repaid first; junior ranks behind it and is priced for that position.
While Your Capital is Deployed
Tenors are short, 45 to 180 days, with capital returned upon completion of the trade cycle. The platform may assist in identifying a buyer for early exit, but early exit is not guaranteed.
Independent from the Platform
Client funds are held in segregated accounts with licensed custodians, never with the platform itself. We maintain records and have no custody of assets.
Position Setup
Set an amount and a tenor: what standing it needs, how far it spreads, and when capital comes back. Each deal is priced by the parties funding it
What a Commitment of This Size Means
The lenders and insurers funding a deal set its rate. Figures open inside the platform, to eligible investors.
What This Ticket Needs
Professional standing or above, and a ticket at or over the minimum on the deal.
How Far This Size Spreads
Spread buyer, commodity and corridor risk instead of a single concentrated position.
What Happens, and When
Every Position is Backed by Structure
One documented export per position: goods en route, or an invoice for what has already shipped.

Backed
by Real Trade
The contract, the invoice and the shipment records for those goods.

Ring-Fenced
per Deal
Deals are structured to be ring-fenced from one another through segregated portfolios.

Insured
Where Eligible
Credit cover by licensed insurers, if the deal qualifies. Policy terms govern payout

Short
by Design
Deals repay at their own maturity, so capital turns over on the trade cycle, not on a term.

Essentials for Investors
Register – the investor role is active by default and opens a view-only account. When investment opens, access will depend on verification level, eligibility and suitability checks, and acceptance is not automatic.
Minimum varies by deal and is shown on its card after verification. A subordinated position in the financing of one identified export shipment — goods already sold to a named overseas importer, not a blind pool. You do not own the goods; you hold a position in that deal and are repaid from its proceeds.
Two positions on one deal, in an order fixed before capital moves. Senior is repaid first, at a lower rate for that priority. Junior is repaid after it and carries the risk ahead of it, and is priced for that position.
From what the exporter pays to finance the shipment. That cost is agreed on the deal and divided between the senior and junior positions according to the order of repayment. It is not a deposit, and no outcome is guaranteed.
Where a policy attaches, the claim runs first; recovery and collection follow; whatever is received is paid out in the agreed order, senior before junior. Cover is arranged per deal where available, is governed by policy terms and does not protect against loss of capital.
Before a deal is listed, the counterparties are screened against the OFAC, EU and UN lists, the buyer’s commitment and the trade documents on file are checked, and the receivable is checked against duplicate financing. No deal is listed without compliance review.
No client money is held by the platform. When investment opens, funds move on the permissions of authorised payment firms and sit in accounts held by those firms. Edenex operates the market and the record, and holds no client money.
Edenex does not provide tax advice. Reporting and paying tax on any income is the investor’s own responsibility in their jurisdiction.
